Associate Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage supports the front‑line team in handling client requests and transactions for priority and private banking segments. The role ensures day‑to‑day client servicing operations run smoothly, from account opening to investment bookings, while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage client service requests such as account opening, documentation, investment bookings, redemptions and fund transfers.
• Oversee investment transaction processing and generate accurate client statements and portfolio reports.
• Provide operational support for the international wealth coverage business, maintaining MIS reports and ensuring SOP adherence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for walk‑in clients at priority/private banking centres, delivering prompt assistance.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, operations, compliance and other internal teams to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management or banking operations, preferably in priority/private banking.
• Strong operational and client‑servicing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML.
