Associate Sr QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Senior QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our testing capabilities for web, API and mobile applications. The role combines manual testing expertise with hands‑on automation development to ensure high‑quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, integration and UAT scenarios.
• Design, develop, maintain and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.
• Configure and troubleshoot test automation environments and frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute automated regression suites, analyze results and report defects across Web, API and Mobile components.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and analysts to define automation strategies and improve testing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in automation testing, with strong manual testing skills.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Selenium WebDriver for web automation.
• TestNG and TDD/BDD‑based automation frameworks.
• API testing and automation.
• Azure DevOps (test management) and Git version control.
• SQL for database validation.
• JMeter for performance and stress testing.
• Mobile automation for iOS and Android (relevant frameworks).
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
