Associate – Strategic Projects

About the role

The Associate on the Strategic Projects team will help translate the Institute’s frontier AI models into real‑world impact. Working on the Institute’s highest‑priority initiatives, you will blend strategy, business, technology and operations to drive projects from definition through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives, including scoping, planning, milestone tracking and issue resolution.
• Conduct in‑depth market, competitive and financial analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Support go‑to‑market and commercial efforts such as positioning, pricing inputs, launch planning and adoption strategies.
• Identify, structure and manage strategic partnerships with industry, government and academic stakeholders.
• Produce executive‑ready documents and presentations, including strategy papers and board briefings.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, product, legal and finance teams to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Law or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar roles, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical ability with proven experience in market and financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
