Associate Support Engineer - Treasury & Risk

About the role

The Associate Support Engineer – Treasury & Risk provides first‑level technical and functional support for Business Platform applications. The role ensures system stability, timely issue resolution and continuous service availability while building expertise across core banking, digital channels and platform ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Business Platform applications to ensure availability and performance, and handle incident troubleshooting and service request resolution (L1/L2) within defined SLAs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and support defect resolution in coordination with development and vendor teams.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) for system enhancements, assist in deployment, post‑release validation and maintain documentation of changes.
• Liaise with business users, internal development/infrastructure teams and vendors to understand issues, provide updates and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs and support manuals while adhering to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
• UAE National (as specified in the posting).

Required skills

• Basic understanding of banking applications / digital platforms.
• SQL / database knowledge.
• Awareness of APIs and integrations.
• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
