Audience Development Lead

About the role

GlobalData is seeking a commercially‑minded Audience Development Lead to expand participation across its events, awards, webinars and thought‑leadership programmes in the Middle East and key international markets. The role focuses on building relationships with senior decision‑makers and ensuring that each programme attracts high‑value audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior business leaders across target industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, government representatives and industry influencers.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to communicate the value of GlobalData’s events and content programmes.
• Secure high‑quality participation for events, roundtables, webinars and awards.
• Support guest experience and programme delivery for flagship events and industry roundtables.
• Align participant profiles with event objectives and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident, commercially driven professional with proven experience in audience development or event marketing.
• Strong ability to understand business challenges and articulate value propositions.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive outreach and communication style.
