Audit & Assurance Manager

About the role

The Audit & Assurance Manager will deliver high‑quality audit services to a diverse client base, ensuring expectations are met and business objectives are achieved. This role combines client interaction, project delivery, and team leadership within Blue Bahar Engineering’s Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Deliver audit engagements in line with service level agreements and engagement letters.
• Oversee engagement management, quality assurance, and timely delivery of audit work.
• Monitor financial KPIs for clients, including WIP reports, debtors, and billing realizations.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure seamless transition of new projects.
• Plan and implement process changes, proactively resolve issues, and control backlogs.
• Review work quality in detail and coach senior staff and supervisors.
• Deliver training to team members and foster high performance.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Demonstrated ability to allocate resources, monitor progress, and support decision‑making.
• Proactive in identifying business opportunities and market trends.
• Effective at simplifying complex situations and delivering clear messages.
