Audit Manager – Financial Services (Banking & Capital Markets)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead financial services audits within the banking and capital markets sector. The role is based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to work with high‑profile clients in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit engagements from planning through to final reporting.
• Oversee junior staff, providing guidance and feedback throughout the audit process.
• Maintain direct client exposure, particularly with banking and capital markets institutions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality audit outcomes.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) with a strong IFRS background.
• Management experience gained at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven ability to manage full audit cycles and lead junior team members.
• Extensive exposure to financial services clients, especially in banking and capital markets.
