Audit Supervisor – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead the execution of audit plans for financial services clients, delivering risk‑based insights and revenue‑enhancing solutions. This position is based in Dubai and works closely with partners and managers to ensure high‑quality audit deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements, allocating work to audit assistants.
• Coach and mentor audit assistants throughout the audit process.
• Prepare financial statements, transmittal letters, and other client deliverables.
• Keep managers and partners informed of progress and issues.
• Obtain partner and manager reviews and complete documentation follow‑up.
• Analyse costs on work‑in‑progress and prepare fee note requisitions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients’ financial management teams.
• Oversee medium and large‑sized client engagements, including stock counts and follow‑up.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA) and solid knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years post‑qualification.
• Experience with clients in real estate, construction, oil & gas, or related sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced audit methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
