Audit Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Team Lead to join our growing Audit & Assurance practice in Dubai. The role involves overseeing audit engagements from planning through to delivery while ensuring high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Supervise, review and mentor audit staff to ensure accurate and timely work.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA standards throughout the audit process.
• Liaise with clients, coordinate audit deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support senior managers in engagement execution and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA (preferred).
• 4–7 years of audit experience with proven team‑leadership capability.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency with ISA auditing standards.
• Expertise in audit standards and engagement management.
