Auto Painter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Auto Painter to join our team at Abu Dhabi Motors, part of the BMW Group. You will work on high‑end vehicles, ensuring paintwork meets the brand’s exacting standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform auto painting tasks using spray painting equipment and related tools.
• Assess the extent of vehicle paintwork, restoration, or customization requests.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for painting and refinishing work.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding job progress.
• Restore vehicles to original condition by repairing scratches, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing panels.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: S.S.C. / Trade Certificate / Vocational Training.
• Certification or equivalent vocational training as an Auto Painter preferred.
• Previous experience in auto painting is mandatory.
• Physically fit to handle painting equipment and work environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
