AutoCAD 3D Designer – Furniture Joinery

About the role

We are seeking an AutoCAD 3D Designer specialized in furniture joinery to join our Dubai team. You will work closely with clients and our production crew to transform interior requirements into precise 3D designs and detailed production drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites in Dubai, gather requirements and take accurate measurements.
• Create AutoCAD 2D/3D designs for custom kitchens, walk‑in closets, TV wall units, wardrobes and other residential joinery.
• Prepare detailed production drawings and guide the carpentry/joinery team during fabrication.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and incorporate feedback.
• Develop quotations based on project specifications and client needs.
• Manage material purchasing for joinery projects.
• Produce daily progress reports and ensure adherence to schedules and project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in furniture, joinery, interior design or fit‑out projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Experience designing kitchens, wardrobes, walk‑in closets or TV units is preferred.
• Ability to take precise site measurements and translate them into production drawings.
• Good understanding of joinery materials, dimensions and construction methods.
• Effective communication and client‑handling skills.
• UAE/Dubai experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing previous furniture/joinery work is required.
