Automotive IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will support, maintain and optimise the digital platforms for OMODA, JAECOO and related brands. This role focuses on enterprise applications, mobile apps and the IT infrastructure across showrooms and offices in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise key IT systems including User App, Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, SAP, Call Center solutions and Lark.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users and dealer contacts.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend system enhancements, new features and workflow improvements.
• Support system integration, testing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with IT solution evaluation, quotation processes and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office IT security policies and data‑protection standards.
• Set up and operate IT infrastructure for showrooms and offices, including digital displays, network connectivity and customer‑facing technologies.
• Configure workstations, install software, and manage system access for new and existing employees.
