About the role

Join CARS24 Arabia as an Automotive Sales Consultant and be the face of our pre‑owned vehicle portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through test drives, financing options and after‑sales services while delivering a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and a positive impression.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service quality.
• Promote and sell value‑added services such as warranties, accessories and insurance.
• Present financing and insurance solutions clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Provide personalized assistance by understanding each customer’s unique needs.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of the used‑car market and business dynamics.
• Technical confidence to discuss engine specifications, parts and vehicle condition.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
