About the role

The Aviation Ground Operations Coordinator ensures safe and efficient airport ground activities, covering passenger services, baggage handling, aircraft turnaround, and ramp coordination. This role acts as the communication hub between operational teams to maintain smooth airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ground operations and aircraft turnaround activities.
• Communicate with ground handling, passenger service, ramp, and airline teams.
• Monitor aircraft arrival and departure support processes.
• Arrange baggage, passenger, equipment, and service requirements.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor compliance with airport safety and operational procedures.
• Report delays, operational issues, and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Coordinate availability of ground support equipment.
• Support disruption management during delays or emergencies.
• Assist with investigations of operational incidents.
• Maintain effective communication between airport departments and service providers.

Required profile

• Diploma education.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
