AVP – Pricing & Interchange (Merchant Acquiring)

About the role

We are seeking an AVP, Interchange & Pricing to lead strategic initiatives that enhance revenue performance and operational effectiveness within our Merchant Acquiring business. The role collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Finance to deliver sustainable growth across SME and enterprise merchant segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy for acquiring, targeting key verticals, segments and geographies.
• Partner with sales leadership to design operating models, performance metrics and incentive structures.
• Build and manage dashboards for sign‑ups, volume growth, retention and profitability.
• Lead initiatives on bundling, discounting and volume‑based pricing to support commercial goals.
• Streamline merchant onboarding, contracting and activation processes with operations and risk teams.
• Act as advisor to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, go‑to‑market or revenue strategy roles, preferably within payments or merchant acquiring.
• Proven track record in merchant acquiring, payment processing or related financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior‑level audiences.
