Back Office Executive

About the role

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for stocking merchandise, organizing the sales floor, and maintaining a pleasant and safe shopping environment at Cartier in Dubai. The role also supports routine inventory tasks, trains colleagues, and handles complex customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Stock merchandise onto shelves and keep the sales floor organized.
• Execute established service‑operation tasks and resolve subprocess decisions.
• Support team members with routine inventory activities following standard procedures.
• Train and coach colleagues on non‑routine transactions, shelf stocking, and inventory replenishment.
• Manage complex customer cases and inquiries.
• Organize work schedules, coordinate with support services, and assign short‑term tasks.
• Perform operational tasks in line with established processes and safety protocols.
• Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards using performance management tools.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
• Limited managerial experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
