Backend / Full-Stack Engineer (PHP & Node.js)

About the role

AlgoDriven is looking for a Backend / Full‑Stack Engineer to join its Dubai office. You will help build and enhance B2B SaaS products that empower automotive dealers, OEMs, banks, and fleet operators with data‑driven decisions, automation, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Work across PHP, Node.js, MySQL, Firebase/AWS, and React to deliver new product features.
• Integrate third‑party platforms, data providers, and internal AI workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and customer‑facing teams.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong backend experience with PHP and/or Node.js.
• Proven track record building B2B SaaS applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, product‑oriented environment.
• Based in Dubai or willing to work onsite at the Dubai office.
