About the role
As a BandF Service Expert at W Hotels in Dubai, you will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. The role requires fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, set tables, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, handling transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, workstations and service equipment.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene and uniform standards at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle a fast‑paced environment.
