About the role

The BandF Service Expert at W Hotels in Dubai delivers memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. This multilingual position serves Russian, Spanish and Italian speakers, ensuring seamless service from table setting to final bill.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and address guest inquiries.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with dietary preferences.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in Russian, Spanish and Italian.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.

• Physical stamina for prolonged standing and light lifting.
