About the role
The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations at Atlantis The Palm leads the Guest Relations and Concierge functions, delivering personalized and seamless experiences for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high‑profile guest management.
- Oversee special occasions, service recovery and overall guest satisfaction.
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing team while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Ensure effective collaboration with all hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.
Required profile
- Consistent experience in 5‑star ultra‑luxury hospitality, especially VIP or butler services.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in local knowledge and concierge‑level services.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.
