About the role

Join the W Lounge team in Dubai as a BandF Service Expert, delivering memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences for guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, using your multilingual abilities to interact with an international clientele and ensure every meal feels like a unique event.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a polished dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve guests courteously, addressing special requests and language needs in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigating varied floor surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
• Ability to work full‑time on a rotating shift schedule.

Required skills

• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking and handling of items.
