Banking Sales Consultant – Corporate & Personal Banking

About the role

MSZ Consultancy is seeking a Banking Sales Consultant with experience in UAE corporate and personal bank account opening. The role is sales‑focused and client‑facing, responsible for generating new business, advising clients on banking solutions, and managing the end‑to‑end account‑opening process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities for corporate and personal bank account‑opening services.
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their activity, nationality, residency and banking requirements.
• Recommend suitable banking solutions and manage the full sales and account‑opening journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE banks and their Relationship Managers.
• Guide clients through KYC, AML, UBO, SOF, SOW and EDD requirements and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets and cross‑sell additional MSZ services.

Required profile

• 2+ years of UAE experience in banking sales, corporate banking or account opening.
• Established network of contacts within UAE banks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships and meet sales targets.
