About the role

Join JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Banquet Admin Clerk, supporting banquet operations in a 5‑star hotel with extensive event spaces. You will ensure smooth administrative processes for events and provide excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and locate work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Transmit documents via computer, mail or fax and exchange information using pagers, two‑way radios and email.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report accidents and complete required training.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly, prepare and review written documents, and answer telephones with proper etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
