About the role
Join the Guest Service team at Cafe Ginori, part of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista you will create memorable coffee experiences while supporting the overall food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
- Set up and maintain the service area, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to coordinate service flow.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.
