Barista – Dubai Downtown

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Barista to join Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. You will craft artisan coffee beverages, engage with guests, and contribute to a vibrant hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, latte art, and other brewed beverages.
• Interact with guests, recommend coffee blends, and share knowledge of brewing methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team during busy periods, ensuring high energy and service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista in a café, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Comfortable operating espresso machines, grinders, and various brewing equipment.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during lively service hours.
