About the role

Join Aloft Hotels as a Barista and become a key part of the Guest Service Expert team, delivering memorable coffee and beverage experiences to our guests in Dubai. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where quality service and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to Aloft standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, utensils, and service stations.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to synchronize service flow.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in a coffee or food‑service setting.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
