Barista – Join Hungry Wolves Café Team

About the role

Arada is seeking a passionate Barista to become part of its family‑friendly eatery, Hungry Wolves, in Abu Dhabi. You will craft high‑quality coffee and beverages while providing a welcoming experience for guests looking to refuel, relax, or work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, latte, cappuccino and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and related equipment efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and overall quality.
• Keep the coffee station clean and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers, take orders, suggest drinks and handle payments.
• Monitor stock of beans, milk and supplies; alert management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support teammates during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
