About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and non‑alcoholic drinks following exacting quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Engage with guests professionally, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with the lounge team to ensure efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay informed about current coffee preparation trends, new recipes, and presentation techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience working as a barista in a hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent product quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest‑focused attitude.
