Barista – Specialty Coffee Stand

About the role
Kin Coffee is seeking a passionate Barista to join its specialty coffee stand in Abu Dhabi. You will be the face of the brand, delivering memorable coffee experiences that reflect our "moments & memories" philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso‑based drinks and manual brews to exacting standards.
- Create latte art and ensure consistent milk texture.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and work area.
- Engage with customers, building genuine connections and representing Kin Coffee’s premium identity.
- Handle POS transactions and assist with basic inventory and stock management.
Required profile
- Prior barista or café experience.
- Strong knowledge of espresso drinks, manual brewing methods, and milk texturing.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer‑first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to stay consistent under pressure.
- Punctuality and genuine passion for specialty coffee culture.
