Barista & Waitress – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

The Millennium Hotel Al Barsha is seeking an energetic Barista/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. This full‑time position involves preparing coffee drinks, serving guests, and supporting daily café and restaurant operations in a high‑volume hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and menu items according to brand standards.
• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and deliver front‑of‑house service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic workstations and service areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist the F&B team with opening, service, and closing procedures while adhering to health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Barista or Waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
