Bartender – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality beverage service to hotel guests, creating memorable experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits and mixed drinks according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations.
• Collaborate with the beverage team to develop new cocktail menus and promotional offers.
• Handle cash and service charges accurately and efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of bartending experience in a high‑end or luxury hotel or resort.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a flair for presentation.
