Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent R&B Fashion’s beauty line, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through personalized consultations and product expertise. You will create a welcoming environment, assist shoppers with tailored beauty solutions, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized beauty consultations, including skincare advice, makeup tutorials, and product demonstrations.
• Promote and upsell products, cross‑selling complementary items and encouraging enrollment in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches, and product ingredients to inform customers accurately.
• Assist with store opening/closing, inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support in‑store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Handle payments, returns, and customer complaints following SOPs while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
