Bedaya is a 12‑month introductory workplace programme for Emirati university graduates, designed to launch your career quickly in a role that matches your ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a fully customised rotational programme across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects.
• Follow a three‑phased, individualised learning plan to develop future‑focused and digital skills.
• Engage in regular check‑ins with the Emiratisation team for ongoing support.
• Take part in graduate life activities to build internal networks and give back to the community.
• Undergo bi‑monthly performance reviews to track progress.

Required profile

• UAE nationals with a Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major) and little or no work experience.
• Ambitious individuals ready to take on challenges and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment with over 85 nationalities.
