Bell 412 Simulator Instructor

About the role

CAE is looking for an experienced Bell 412 Simulator Instructor to join its world‑class training team. You will deliver high‑quality ground school and simulator instruction to pilots, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, GCAA and other regulatory standards while supporting safe and efficient Bell 412 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ground school and simulator sessions for Bell 412 pilots in line with applicable regulations.
• Teach normal, abnormal and emergency procedures, aircraft systems and performance characteristics.
• Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback and complete required documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of Bell 412 systems, procedures and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.
• Ensure adherence to CAE’s Safety Management System and uphold safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Bell 412 type rating (preferred).
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours with significant Bell 412 experience.
• Prior experience as a flight or simulator instructor, rotary‑wing experience required.
• EASA qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client needs.
