About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Bell Attendant you’re not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every stay special.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests: greet, escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize them with rooms and amenities.
- Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards.
- Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to move guests to and from designated destinations.
- Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
