About the role
The Bell Boy, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on Al Mamsha Street, you will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest arrival and departure services, including luggage handling and local area information.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods and move objects up to 50 lb unaided or over 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience, license or certification needed.
