About the role

We are seeking a Bell Captain to lead our bell staff at a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. This role combines hands‑on guest service with team leadership, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and supervise bell staff to maintain efficient operations.
Ensure timely luggage delivery and escort services for guests.
Coordinate with the front desk to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of the lobby and bell desk area.
Mentor and train bell staff on service standards and hotel procedures.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in bell services with leadership responsibilities.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Good knowledge of local attractions and services.
