About the role
We are seeking a Bell Captain to lead our bell staff and ensure seamless guest experiences at our Ras Al‑Khaimah hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule bell staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Provide timely luggage delivery and escort services for guests.
- Coordinate with the front desk to fulfill guest requests.
- Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.
- Mentor and train bell staff on service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services.
