About the role
The Bellman (Guest Arrival Expert) at W Residences is responsible for creating memorable first and last impressions for guests. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and provide local area highlights.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
