Bellman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Bellman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, ensures that every guest’s arrival and departure at W Residences is smooth, memorable and reflects the brand’s luxury standards. Working on the front‑of‑house team, you will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in, luggage handling and local information.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Process operational requests, complete reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies.
• Stand, walk, sit or lift objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
