Benchmarking Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Benchmarking Manager to drive our competitive intelligence and performance measurement initiatives. The role will lead the design and execution of benchmarking programs that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement benchmarking strategies, performance measurement frameworks, and comparative analysis programs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead internal and external benchmarking projects to assess operational performance, industry standards, and competitor positioning.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Market Research, and Executive Leadership to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Define data collection methodologies, performance indicators, maturity models, and analytical approaches.
• Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, market comparisons, and best‑practice evaluations.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, efficiency drivers, and strategic recommendations.
• Produce benchmarking reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor KPIs such as operational efficiency, cost performance, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Establish data‑governance practices and ensure compliance with UAE data‑protection and information‑security policies.
• Manage benchmarking budgets, research providers, industry databases, consulting partners, and analytics platforms.
• Drive digital‑transformation projects using business‑intelligence tools, AI‑powered analytics, predictive insights, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading benchmarking or performance‑measurement programs.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UAE data‑protection regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Mid‑level to senior professional with a track record of driving operational excellence.
