About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at W Hotels. The role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, including cleaning and restocking.
- Handle menu verification, read and confirm information accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
