About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, going beyond simply serving food. In this role you will support the Food & Beverage operation by setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas and supplies.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests in making selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related Food & Beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
