About the role
Join Miral Experiences as a Demi Chef De Partie – Mobile, supporting the Food & Beverage department in delivering seamless operations for world‑class attractions. You will prepare and cook food, control costs, and lead Commis Chefs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and garnish foods according to prescribed methods and portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with UAE health and safety regulations.
- Receive and inspect food supplies, monitor waste, and report over‑consumption.
- Assist the Chef De Partie and assume responsibility for the section during their absence.
- Lead and motivate Commis Chefs, supporting daily kitchen operations and cost control.
Required profile
- Higher Secondary or equivalent education.
- 1‑2 years experience in a similar role or 2 years as a Commis I in a five‑star hotel.
- Ability to work under pressure, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English.
- Team‑player attitude with strong attention to detail and flexibility.
