Bids & Submissions Manager

About the role

ASPECT Studios is seeking a Bids & Submissions Manager for its Dubai studio. The successful candidate will lead the end‑to‑end bid process for projects across the MENA region, the UK and South‑East Asia, turning opportunities into winning proposals that reflect the firm’s regenerative design vision.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new project opportunities and manage the full bid lifecycle from initial brief to final submission.
• Develop and prepare EOIs, pre‑qualification questionnaires, capability statements, fee proposals and full tender documents.
• Craft persuasive, technically robust proposals that showcase ASPECT’s creative solutions.
• Design win strategies and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners to anticipate market needs.
• Quality‑assure all submissions to ensure consistency with the firm’s standards of design and innovation.
• Coordinate with global design teams in London, Perth, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of bid and submission experience in landscape architecture, urban design, architecture or related construction/engineering fields.
• Strong project‑management aptitude and ability to work under fast‑paced timelines.
• Experience working on international projects, preferably across EMEA, the UK and South‑East Asia.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Competence with project‑management software.
