About the role
We are looking for a Bilingual Community Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on nurturing online communities across two languages, driving engagement, and ensuring a culturally relevant brand voice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and engage social media communities in two languages.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update FAQs.
- Monitor online conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging trends.
- Escalate complaints and sensitive issues to internal teams and client points of contact.
- Maintain a consistent, culturally relevant brand tone across all platforms.
- Support social media strategy, especially engagement plans and community‑building initiatives.
Required profile
- Passion for social media and online community dynamics.
- Ability to build meaningful conversations across cultures and languages.
- Strong written communication skills in two languages.
- Professional and courteous approach to customer interactions.
