Junior Conference Producer

About the role

The Junior Conference Producer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports the planning, research and execution of conferences, helping to identify relevant topics, audiences and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover emerging themes and audience needs.
• Assist in developing conference programs and agendas.
• Coordinate speaker outreach, acquisition and panelist logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on event logistics and timeline management.
• Support marketing activities and ensure smooth delivery of each conference.

Required profile

• Strong background in conference production and event management.
• Experience in market research and audience analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of prior conference production experience or relevant internship.
