About the role

APM Monaco is seeking a proactive Customer Care Associate who is fluent in Arabic and English to join its Dubai team. The role can be performed both from the office and remotely, offering a flexible five‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Handle email and live‑chat inquiries covering pre‑sales and after‑sales support.
Coordinate daily with Logistics, After‑Sales Service, and global boutiques.
Follow up on offline store enquiries and resolve complaints.
Support ad‑hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or luxury retail.
Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
