Bilingual Legal Advisor – Corporate & Litigation

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Legal Advisor to support our corporate, commercial and litigation activities in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide sound legal advice, manage court proceedings and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, real estate and regulatory matters.
• Handle litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Liaise with courts, government authorities and external counsel as required.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory role with substantial litigation exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, corporate and procedural laws.
