Lawyer (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle a variety of legal matters independently, providing clear advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal matters from inception to resolution, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, notices, pleadings and legal opinions.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns, deliver practical legal advice and keep them updated on case progress.
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist in negotiations, settlements, disputes and litigation as required.
• Coordinate with courts, government authorities, external counsel and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year of professional practice in the UAE.
• Experience in one or more areas such as Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, or Civil Litigation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage legal matters independently and meet deadlines.
